Mentorship Program
Each Fall, we offer a mentorship program where students can be paired one-on-one with an engineer in the industry. Mentorship will be matched based on both field and career interests to give students a connection to learn from. Your mentorship program can be personalized for your needs and interests. Throughout the semester, students will meet with their mentor at least three times, which can follow our suggested topics or any that you choose. By semester’s end, the goal is to have an engineer you feel comfortable with to continue to reach out to for any needs throughout the year.

Formal Dinner
Our event of the year, students and engineers in industry gather in Gainesville to network over a nice meal. During the event, students and professionals will sit together one-on-one to talk about their field and personal interests to build a connection. Each student will get to sit with 5 different professionals and have a chance to mingle with everyone before the pairings. This event serves as a way for students to build confidence in talking to professionals and to gain connections that can lead to career opportunities like internships.
